Arrival and departure

Check in  from 17 o'clock, please contact us half an hour before arrival.
So we can personally receive you and give you the key.

The departure and key collection should take place before 11 am.

Individual arrival and departure by arrangement possible.

cancellation Policy

Cancellations made up to one month before arrival are free of charge.
Subsequent cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price.

The cancellation is only valid after confirmation from us.

The tenant has the right to provide a replacement tenant who will take over the holiday property in full.
But the consent of the lessor is required.
House rule

Dear guests,

We welcome you to our holiday home and wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay.

We want to provide you with the basis for carefree and impeccable days and always give us a lot of effort. For this to succeed whenever possible, it is necessary that our guests accept the house rules and comply.

With your booking you accept our house rules, which is always best part of our contract with the tenant. The booking person ensures that all fellow travelers comply with the house rules.

General

  1. Any items that are in the holiday property may be used by the tenant. We request a considerate approach to the furnishings and equipment of our holiday property.
  2. We ask for it and are very grateful if you wear slippers in the holiday object and take off street shoes in the entrance area.
  3. All furniture of the interior must not be brought into the outside area or converted. A Ummöbelierung is in any way permissible.
  4. Settings on the heating or electronic devices in the holiday property may not be changed or reprogrammed without prior agreement with the landlord. After using the washing machine, we ask you to turn off the water supply again.
  5. Upon arrival, the beds are made. Upon departure, please remove the bed linen used and place it in the bathroom.
  6. Any cleaning of the holiday property during your stay will not be replaced by the end-of-stay cleaning included in the price. Everything you need for a normal cleaning is ready for you and may be used.
  7. Smoking is not allowed throughout the building. Please go to the terrace or the garden area and use an ashtray. Completely cooled cigarette remains are disposed of as residual waste. If it comes to burn marks or holes, the tenant of course assumes the repair costs and indicates this damage.
  8. During the agreed rental period, you take responsibility for the rented vacation property. Always close all doors when leaving and always take the front door key with you. We assume no liability for burglary or theft. If the key is lost, the renter is liable for the resulting costs.
  9. Supervise your children and make sure that your "little ones" comply with the house rules. We assume no liability for personal injury.
  10. Rest periods must be observed: 22:00 - 7:00 clock

kitchen

  1. Dishes, cutlery, pots and Co. may only be returned to their storage places in a clean and dry state.
  2. Hot items such as pots or pans should always be placed on tables and countertops with coasters.
  3. Use a kitchen board as a base for cutting and chopping food.
Wood stove Use at your own risk

  1. The stove should only be used by adults and never without supervision.
  2. Please keep your children away from the stove to avoid burns.
  3. The cooled ash we ask you to dispose of in the provided metal bucket.
  4. The burning of waste wood, waste paper or garbage is not allowed.

terrace

  1. The seat cushions for chairs and garden loungers should be taken over night and in rainy weather with the holiday property or in the garage.
  2. Please remove the sunshade overnight and whenever the wind gets too strong.

grilling

  1. The barbecue is only allowed on the brick barbecue in the backyard.
  2. Fire accelerators and open fires are prohibited in any case.
  3. An accessory box is available for barbecuing, should something be consumed or damaged, this must be replaced by you.
  4. Clean the grill after use and discard the cooled ash and grill residue in the metal bucket.

Park

  1. You can park in the lockable garage, as well as in front of the house. The landlord accepts no liability for the vehicle parked in the parking lot and its contents.


damage

  1. If something breaks or should be damaged, please notify us of such damage immediately and not on your departure. We can not accept any defects found after your departure.
  2. The renter is liable for major damage to the equipment. All other little things, such as a broken glasses or the like, we take over. Please let us know if something has broken.

disposal
  1. Waste must be separated carefully. For disposal, there are containers for residual waste, paper, and plastic packaging for outdoor use.
  2. Never throw food scraps, rubbish or toiletries into lavatories or other drains.

Your departure

  • Leave the property in good condition, including:
  • Empty the fridge and wipe dry
  • Clean dishes and put them back dry in place
  • Dispose of remaining food
  • If necessary, clean the oven, grill and fireplace
  • Tidy garden furniture
  • Switch off electrical appliances (except refrigerator)
  • Dispose of household waste in the designated waste container
  • Leave our holiday home swept

Thank you for your consideration.

The customer is not entitled to accept more persons than contractually agreed. In case of violations, we are entitled to cancel the contract and to demand a one-time surcharge of € 140.00 (one hundred and forty) euros for overcrowding for the duration of the unlawful use.

There are no pets allowed.

The announcement was made to the best of our knowledge. For influencing the rental property by force majeure, by customary power and water outages and storms is not liable. Likewise is not liable for the occurrence of unpredictable or unavoidable circumstances such as disturbances due to natural and local circumstances.
However, the landlord is happy to assist in solving the problems (as far as possible).
The arrival and departure of the tenant takes place in own responsibility and liability. The landlord is not liable for personal belongings in case of theft or fire. The lessee is fully liable for willful destruction or damage. Photos and text on the website are for realistic description. The 100% agreement with the rental property can not be guaranteed. The landlord reserves the right to change the equipment (eg furniture) if they are equivalent.
